At IntrospectiveMBTI.com, we specialize in introspection-based coaching and development programs that empower individuals and organizations to thrive in the 21st-century landscape. Using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) as a foundational tool, we offer tailored solutions in career development, leadership growth, and organizational development. Our approach helps clients build emotional intelligence, foster effective communication, and navigate today’s fast-evolving personal and professional challenges with clarity and confidence. Whether you're a student planning your future, a leader navigating change, or an organization seeking cultural alignment and team synergy, we guide you toward sustainable growth and transformation. Discover your strengths. Define your path. Lead with confidence. Grow your career, business, and impact through strategic self-awareness.
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) was developed by Katharine Cook Briggs and her daughter Isabel Briggs Myers in the early-to-mid 20th century. Inspired by Carl Jung’s theory of psychological types, first published in 1921, Briggs and Myers sought to create a practical tool that would help people understand themselves and others better.
During World War II, they began applying their ideas to help individuals — particularly women entering the workforce — find jobs best suited to their personalities. In 1943, the first version of the MBTI instrument was created. Over time, it was refined through research and validation studies, becoming one of the most widely used personality assessments in the world today.
The MBTI identifies 16 personality types based on preferences in four areas: Extraversion–Introversion, Sensing–Intuition, Thinking–Feeling, and Judging–Perceiving. Its purpose remains the same: to promote greater self-awareness, improve communication, and enhance personal and professional growth.
My coaching is rooted in the belief that sustainable success begins with self-awareness. Using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) as a foundational tool, I help individuals uncover their natural preferences, strengths, and decision-making styles. This introspective process empowers clients to make clearer career choices, lead with authenticity, and build strategies aligned with who they truly are.
Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, I guide each client through a personalized journey of discovery, growth, and action — helping them align their inner potential with real-world opportunities.
